'Just went back and played with it again, and it DOES insert a page number and 
others......but NOT correctly. It puts page #2 on page #3, then skips the 
next page, then puts #4 at the bottom of the next page, continuing to skip 
the "odd" page numbers and print the even ones sequentially.
