I am new at this and the computer tech. at work told me about this site.  I 
think the downloading process took place as I have an icon with openoffice on 
it, but I didn't understand the unzipping process and the icon shows a zipper 
unzipped. 
What can I do? Or  is this the way it is suppose to be?
