     Before we can help you we need to know two things. What version of
Windows do you have on your computer? What is the name of the file that
you downloaded?
     Different versions of Windows require doing something a little
different in one step of installing OpenOffice.org (OOo). If you
accidently downloaded the wrong file, you would not be able to install
OOo.
     Please send this information as soon as possible to this mailing
