The best option is probably to export as a PDF file. (File, Export as PDF ...) That way, anyone can view it as long as they have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, or an equivalent program. You can also save it as an MS Word file (.doc). Then anyone who has MS Word will be able to read it, but if a person doesn't have MS Word, he or she wouldn't be able to read it. So a PDF file is the best route to take. Practically everyone has Acrobat Reader, and if they don't, they can download it for free.
