Well, I guess you set me straight about "being wrong". While, technically, it may not be a scam ... that's for folks smarter than I, such as perhaps you (seems there's always one or two in the crowd with a "Ya', but ...").
Frankly, legal-or-not, dial-up/shmile-up ... correct/incorrect ... it just seems plain wrong for people to try to take advantage of unsuspecting folks who might not know this great Open Office Program is, plain and simple, a free program (even for dial-up) and a few just want to "make an easy buck". Perhaps you are one of them. If so, go on your greedy way. If not, well, thanks for "enlightening" us. Perhaps you will be delighted at the "lawyerly discourse" from the next respondent.
