Hello All !  Brand - new to Open Office, have barely begun to navigate the 
site, so hope someone will please answer my question personally at my e-mail 
address.
First of all, in all other computer software programs, you can point your 
cursor at an icon and it'll give you a description of what that icons function 
is. This is not working for me in Open Office, and I've no doubt it's just 
something I have to configure, but how? Thank you so very much !  Regards,  Joe
