Is there a way to define a table of contents that includes Headinsg 2 through 5

Probably the easiest way to get your head around this, is to have a look
at or near page 101 of the User Guide which explains how to create these
and set them up. Pay particular attention to Step 2.

"2. Choose Insert > Indexes and Tables > Indexes and Tables. The Insert Index/Table dialogue appears. Click the Index/Table tab and select “Table of Contents” as Type (the first time this dialogue is started, this tab page and type are already selected).
"3. Click on OK to create the table of contents from the headings and entries
already defined.
"4. To insert additional paragraphs of another Paragraph Style into the table of contents, check Additional Styles"

Doesn't say anything about de-selecting Heading 1. :-)

Also, a question about hyperlinks in a TOC.

"Hyperlinks can be automatically assigned to the entries in the table of contents using the following method: "1. Go to the Entries tab page, "2. Place the cursor in the structure row before the entry <E#>"

Does that mean "click in the box to the left of E#"? (Incidentally, mine says
"F#"!!)

"3. Click the Hyperlink button, then place the cursor after <E> and click Hyperlink
again."

Meaning "...click the cursor in the box to the right of E..."?

What's the purpose for "All"?
What is the panel of levels for?

Thanks.
