Please, I am a software engineer, don't even try to tell me anything,
the reporting system you have sucks. and when I fix a bug that has been
previously reported, it stays fixed. It *does not* take 2 minutes, it
takes hours of reading in order to comply with the requirements of
researching. I have reported a bug. your response does not indicate that
it will be looked at so I guess I will let someone who is inclined to
invest the time. but thanks for at least replying.

Issue 36400 is back and documents with pictures *_are not_* being
saved. I have no intention of spending hours trying to figure how to
report a bug. please forward this to someone who can fix this
problem. I am using version 2.0.2 of openoffice(the newest I could
find as of 2/15/2006). I guess you need to understand that as a
user, I just want to report a bug, I do not want to open an account,
I do not want to read for hours, nor do I want to spend hours
looking for something reported 18 months ago, then have no way to
RE-REPORT a closed bug. This bug was closed in 2004, but there was
no way to re-report it as broken again.
Unfortunately to reopen a bug you do indeed need an account. It really only
takes 2 minutes, which is very well spent if you consider that you want a QA
person to spend 5-10 minutes looking at your problem and a developer 30 mins
to several days trying to fix the problem.
