Rod, spot on. In either BZ or IZ, getting the newbie thru the search 
menu's that insist on trying to match your bug with an existing one is 
an admirable objective, but it makes it far too hard to get to the page 
that actually lets you file the report.  This discourages report 
fileing by non-developers, so the little itches just don't get 
reported.

These things really do need to be tested by the man on the street for 
usability before they're use is carved in stone.

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules.  I do use spamassassin too. :-)
