HELP!
I have downloaded OpenOffice several times and each time I go to install It gives me the following error message:
ERROR 1316.A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file:
D:\windows\installer\openoffice.org 20.msi
I had Oo installed sometime ago but had to update my computer and when that was done I lost Oo but many parts of it still exist on my computer which I have tried to delete and then re-install. No matter what I do I get the above message.
I have Win Xp 2, AMD 1.6, 512 Ram.
Please someone help me as I am not a fan of MS. I am also a newbie to this and live in Venezuela and don't speak their language.
