Not sure exactly what you mean by "label".  Can you describe a bit
better exactly what you are trying to do?  Are you working with a
"Labels" document, created from the File->New->Labels command?  If so,
and you checked the "Synchronize contents" option on the Options tab,
you cannot move from label to label, as all the labels except the first
are read-only. Otherwise, it is still not possible from the keyboard, as
far as I can tell.  The labels in OOo are Text Frames, anchored "As
Character, so they flow like text, with no space characters between
them. If you place your text cursor outside a label and click, you will
be able to move from label to label just as if they were letters of
text, but you will not be able to move your cursor into the frames this
way. It can only be done with the mouse, it seems.
