Sorry to make all these suggestions as separate replies, Dick. Here's another way to do what you want to do, with thanks to Peter Hillier-Brooks, who is a proponent of this way of doing labels in OOo. Create a formatted text table (using Writer), with small spacer rows and columns to separate the label cells. Fill the first label cell with the content you desire, and copy and paste it to the other label cells, until you get as many as you desire. Text tables can be broken across pages, so you can have many pages of them in this way, in contrast to the single page that the Labels wizard produces. If you make labels this way, you can move from label to label with the Tab key.
