Hi,

I an a defense attorney in Phoenix. The records for all the DUI breath
machines are available online as a Microsoft Access file at
http://phoenix.gov/phxpros.html. You click on interactive disclosure
center, then click on COBRA data download. then click on COBRA 8000 data
records. I save it to the desktop because otherwise it opens it in Excel
(b/c that is what I was doing before I downloaded BASE). I only downloaded
BASE; I don't need the rest. I open the file from the desktop, but nothing
appears in the window. If I click on table, I get an error message saying
that I have to install a JRE and restart openoffice. What does this mean in
English? I want to look at the data. Why isn't it point and click, like it
would be if I designed it?

Sincerely,

D. Stephen Wallin, Attorney at Law
