Yeah maybe. But my response could only just barely be considering 'feeding'. If I'd wasted 10 minutes trying to defend OOo and respond to issue they'd raised, then *that* would be 'feeding'. My response was offered in the same spirit as the original poster's message ... as a passing derogatory remark.
