It's working ok on my system - 2.0.2 on a Linux box.
How long have you had the software installed? Was it working previously?
You may have to run Add Programs again with the Repair feature enabled.

Sorry, I don't know all the ins and outs of the software, and thought
the meaning was clear.
I use the menu - Format>Parargraph...
And that's as far as I get.
