Daniel: My McAfee VirusScan 7.0 Home Edition always stops and locks up in the middle of scanning OpenOffice.org. This is the reason why I contacted your office for advice on this problem because VirusScan 7.0 locks up when scanning your OpenOffice.org program only. Since OpenOffice.org is the only program VirusScan has a problem with I highly suspected that the problem is in your OpenOffice.org program. With this regard your advice would be helpful. I can't obtain help from McAfee about this issue because they have no free support and their online troubleshooting application can't fix this problem. Now, does this make sense? Once again your advice on this matter would be helpful. If you can't offer a resolution to this problem I have no choice but to remove OpenOffice.org from my PC.
