I forgot to mention, if you need to write WP files, you should consider
StarOffice, which is the commercial version of OpenOffice, which
includes a few features that aren't in OpenOffice.  Also, both
OpenOffice and StarOffice are available for a variety of operating
systems, such as Linux, Unix, Mac and OS/2, in addition to Windows.
