I turn on my computer and get the message "soffice.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close". I then click the "send error report" button and close it. Then if I try to use OO, I get the same message again. I've sent numerous reports, no help! I've reinstalled (I still have 1.0.1) and it didn't change anything. I've run virus scans and there doesn't seem to be a virus. Any ideas? Thanks Jaci
