Sounds like a permissions problem on the shared folder you need to check that All the connected users have write / modify permissions
Right click on the shared folder and select properties Note that effective security is a combination of share and NTFS folder rights Select the sharing tab and click on permissions Ensure the user have change and read rights Then select the security tab and ensure the users have Read/write/modify and read execute rights.
