Mr. Dill:

First.  Try the following AFTER disconnecting from the Internet (or your
home network if this is how you connect to it.)  Turn off your Antivirus
software and try to install again.
Two.  If the file is still corrupt, turn your antivirus software back on
and connect to the Internet and try to download OpenOffice.org a second
time.

I have replied directly to you as you are not subscribed through the
OpenOffice.org mailing system to this mailing list.  Please do not reply
directly to me, I will not answer questions sent directly to me.  Plus,
there are over fifty people (at last count) that would like to assist
you with your problem.
