HI John,
I am using a LULU format. The side of the page that fits into the
backing of the book is about one inch wide and the side that is the outside
of the page is about 1/2 inch wide. The right hand page will have odd
numbers and the left hand side has to have even numbers.The book has to
start off on the right side page. This being page one.
