I don't think you'll see this happening in the near future, because the
OpenOffice project is here to create an open source office suite.
Creating websites is not necessary officeproductivity.
If you want an opensource webpage-creator like dreamweaver you might
take a look at NVU (www.nvu.com). Their version 1.0 is around for a
while and I'm not sure if they're developing it any more.
