Many thanks for your help with an earlier query re dowloading Open Office. Having now started using the product, could I pick your brains on another thing?
When I first started saving new documents, I used the default format option OpenDocument Text (.odt), but I found that e-mail recipients could not then open them when sent as attachments. I think I've found a better option now; but which one would you recommend for universal acceptability of attachments withour causing other problems - and how do I make that one my default option?
