Dear support Staff, I work at a community college and some of our on-line learners are using open office for assignments and emailing them in to our instructors.
We were not able to open the file so I down loaded open office so that the instructor could open the documents to mark them. Now, when I click on a Microsoft Word document, it opens open office and launches the document in open office. If the document is a poster for one of our programs, all of the formatting is messed up. How can I stop this from happening. I would like my Microsoft office files to stay that way. thanks, Wendy
