I think this is a better statement:  The en_GB translation is broken right now. 
 This problem started with the 2.0.3 release and still continues.  There are 
development engineers looking into this problem as it affects a major portion 
of the OpenOffice.org community.  We do apologize for this problem and hope to 
have it solved in the near future.  In the meantime, please do download and 
utilize the en_US version if you feel that this will suffice.

BTW, the issue number for this problem is 66919.  Please take time and visit 
the Issue Tracker, register and VOTE for this issue.
