I am the membership chairperson for the Galveston Bay Area Chapter of the
Texas Master Naturalist.  I am using Microsoft Excel 2003 spreadsheets to
record member hours some our members complete the form and send it via
e-mail.  Many of our members do not have the Excel 2003 on their computers
because of the expense. One of our members found this web site and
suggested that others use this service.  But before I recommend this site I
need answers to a few questions.

1.      What is the PC requirements to run this program.
2.      How much will it cost the member to download the Excel spreadsheet or
'Office Suite'?  Do I have to be a member of    Open Office in order to
receive the download?
3.      If I download your program and I have Microsoft Word or other programs,
will your 'Office Suite' override my existing   programs?
4.      What kind of support do you provide?
