I think you'll find they're supposed to be supplying that only with
"qualifying hardware". What is "qualifying hardware"?
It does not mean you can walk in off the street and buy a copy, without
hardware purchase.
And you have to buy the software again if you ever replace the
computer, or upgrade it too much (OEM-licenses are bound to the
computer you had to buy along with the software).
