I haven't helped yet! But I'll play around a bit now that I know what
your
settings are. By the way, I'm sure you've already tried to figure out
what's
different about Chapter 2 -- punctuation, for instance, or any hidden
characters the others have/don't have? I'm a newbie myself, but also
interested in TOCs for some of my own projects. If we can't come up with
anything here, there's a Writer forum on the main site that might have
some
more experienced folks to help.
