In addition to quoting the error his email client gave, which indicates that it is not configured properly, the OP also mentions that he is forced to use a webmail email client, which is presumably not his regular client. He even mentions that it is inconvenient. He needs to fix his Outlook installation and unsubscibe from this mailing list. I cannot help him fix outlook, but I can help him unsubscribe by explaining to him a workaround.
