Those accents, such as ´`¨^~, if I want to type an à, I just press `,
release it and then press a. Do you mean that this doesn't work everywhere?
I know that keyboard for different countries work different, but do you mean
that only Swedish keyboard (and maybe a few more) have the ´ ` ¨ ^ ~ keys?

And when I switch to linux, will those keys stop work for me?

Someone said something about Ctrl+Alt+[0 followed by numbers on the numeric
keypad] to get things like ç etc, but on my keyboard it's Alt only, not
Ctrl. Is that also typical for Swedish keyboards? Alt+014000 (just to
mention one example) gives me °. Ctrl+Alt+014000 gives me nothing.
