How do you arrive at that conclusion? You seem to have posted this message. If your IP really is blocked, you could use Tor ( http://tor.eff.org/documentation.html ) or some other proxy device. If you are using a newsgroup, you have to comply with the newsgroup's authorisation procedure. Your posts will still be moderated, I understand, unless you subscribe to the list.
