You can only run legally as many copies as you have a 
license for, regardless if it is a physical install or a 
virtual install. So, if you have a single copy license, you 
can only have a single install. NOT multiple installs with 
only one being used at a time.

This is one of the many reasons why I don't use Windows any 
more. I do keep one virtual install on VMWare Workstation 
hanging around for those times when I can't do something 
unless I am on Windows, usually only a web site with 
Active-x garbage that won't work in Firefox.
