Start | Search | All Files and Folders
then enter [ uwin*.*] (without the [ ]) and you should find it.
Make sure you select "My computer" for where it should look. Windows
may have tucked it in some obscure
file folder.
If that fails (still can't find it), you can find it on your Win XP CD
Then, when next OOo asks for it, you can "browse" to it
