Are you _sure_ they didn't asked for PS formatted files?

You can export to PDF from within OOo.
">File >Export as PDF"
">File >Export >PDF"

IF you PDF Printer installed on your system, you can also do
">File>Print>Select PDF Printer".

If PS format is what is wanted, I'd suggest installing a PS
Printer on your system.
