By this crippling, do you mean that OOo will not work at all on Vista Home
(not Basic).  If that is a fact then something had better been done about it
or else OOo will die down the tubes by lack of use.

This might be considered a type of denying use of service by MS.  I was just
forced into Vista by having to upgrade boxes (ole OS Win 98, very stable
now.).
