Please bear in mind much of OO is run by volunteers, who might not be able to respond promptly. However, feel free to include OpenOffice with the computers you provide. You can also copy the CDs and pass them around too. The licence info is available here: http://www.openoffice.org/license.html Also, are you putting Linux on any of those computers? It's a great alternative to Windows and is also available for free. Most distributions include OpenOffice.
