I'm a computer reseller. I install Open Office on customer's computers if they 
want it. It's free and I just tell them to sign up with the user group for the 
support.

Please bear in mind much of OO is run by volunteers, who might not be
able to respond promptly. However, feel free to include OpenOffice with
the computers you provide. You can also copy the CDs and pass them
around too. The licence info is available here:

Also, are you putting Linux on any of those computers? It's a great
alternative to Windows and is also available for free. Most
distributions include OpenOffice. Ubuntu is a great choice for new
