[users] OOo 2.3 doesn't open 2.2.1 .odt

Hi,

after upgrading to 2.3 this morning OOo spurns an .odt file saved with
2.2.1. OOo always opens the filter dialogue as if it doesn't know how to
handle such a file. How now?
