    What do you do when you save a file in Word format? Do you make sure 
that the File type of "Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc)"? Is the box at 
the bottom checked labeled Automatic file name extension? Unless all three 
of these are as I have listed them, or they can not be opened by others.
    Another way to send documents of this type is to 
File > Send > Email as Microsoft Word. 

    Please answer the above questions and send the answers to 
[email protected] just as you did this email. Do not send it to my 
personal email address.
