The sad fact is that MS Publisher is still a very proprietary format. As
far as I know, there is nothing that can use MS Publisher files except
for MS Publisher.
The good news is there are applications that will allow her to print her
Publisher documents to PDF files, and once that is done, you can put the
PDF files on the web, saving you a ton of rekeying.
