I'm no MAC expert but the .xinitrc usually resides in your home
directory on a *nix system. OS x is basically *nix with a nice GUI so
I'd look there first. In a terminal use "ls -a" to see the hidden files
to...
If you can't see it there try "find ./ -name .xinitrc" as root (or
whatever MACs call the superuser account...
