Yes, you can use it in your corporate environment for free. You can
even, if you wish, give it to your employees for free too. There is no
cost for licensing.

Sorry I don't know if it works in terminal server environment. I know
it will work over a Windows XP remote connection because I've done
that however that is client to client. Not quite the same as hosting
the program on a terminal server.
