Hello, I am Nadine Jester using latest version of Open Office. I paid 11.95 on 11/8 I thought was whole payment. My account went under when it was hit for 210.47. Did you take my money for your word processor? I tried to call the number 888 726 7066 . Was told couldn't reach that # from here. If you did take my money, I need it returned. Was a misunderstanding. I m on SS and this is hurting me baddly.
