OpenOffice is available fee of charge for download from www.openoffice.org . Although you are invited to contribute, there is no obligation to do so. If you paid 11.95 (in some currency unit or other you don't specify), my guess is that you were buying something rather than contributing a voluntary donation. If so, it must have been elsewhere, not from OpenOffice itself.
My account went under when it was hit for 210.47. Did you take my money for your word processor? I tried to call the number 888 726 7066 . Was told couldn't reach that # from here. If you did take my money, I need it returned. Was a misunderstanding.
A quick web search suggests that this telephone number is associated with improper card transactions listed as "ATT Bus Phone Pmt". And other people also report that the number is inaccessible. You should contact your card issuer immediately for advice, explaining that you did not authorise this transaction.
