OpenOffice.org does not, under any circumstances, charge for OpenOffice. It is a free download from www.openoffice.org. You paid an independent vendor, who charges you for something that can be had for free. While the $11.95 charge is typical, that $210.47 is not. I suspect that may be a fraudulent charge and you should contact your credit card company about it. You might mention the vendor here, so that others can be warned.
