I don't recall seeing any apology, though none is needed. You say you found the culprit. Were you able to get your money back?

You paid an independent vendor, who charges you for something that can
be had for free.  While the $11.95 charge is typical, that $210.47 is
not.  I suspect that may be a fraudulent charge and you should contact
your credit card company about it.

You might mention the vendor here, so that others can be warned.
