Would you be able to use the computer this message was sent from to perform the download? If so the file could be downloaded to its hard drive then burned to CD for installation on your computer. Or download to a flash drive and use that to install on your computer. If you can't do that, say the computer the message came from has a slow connection or some other reason, then you need to locate someone who sells the CDs. Some vendors are listed on the OpenOffice.org web site under this link, http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/index.html#cdrom , but of course you need a computer to check the link. Sorry if I'm not understanding why the computer the message came from can't be used.
