If your computer is not connected to the internet, how did you send
your e-mail?
Different PC to the one that will have OO.o installed on it, would be
my guess.
He could download OO.o to the computer he is writing from then burn it
to a CD and then install on his computer. Cheaper and quicker than
buying a CD.
