I have looked and found the following links with ISO images of the
FREE cd's.  These images of the cd's are similar to what you would
buy from the online sellers of OOo.
Why worry about ISO's?  Just download the installer file and load it
onto whatever medium is suitable.  I keep a copy of OO on a USB flash
drive and a CD-RW, along with some other software, so that I can easily
install it on other people's computers.
That is the option, but the person seemed to want the same thing
he/she could get if you bought the cd.  I gave the info about where
to get the same files (.ISO) and such.

But I also said that they could just download what they needed
and burn the cd from that.
