Hi Anand,
The current version of OOo doesn't run Excel VB macros. Novell has a version
that will run some macros, depending on the functions that have been used. The
macros in the file you've posted are password protected in Excel, so I can't
have a look at them to see how complex they are. You can try downloading and
installing the Novell version and see if it works.

Computer programs, of which macros are small examples, frequently don't
work
as intended ;-) However, it's difficult to differentation actual behaviour
from intention if one doesn't know the intention. Please, when you send
the
macros, also send a detailed explanation of what you are trying to do. You
may find your problem is already solved by one of the many publicly
available macros at http://www.pitonyak.org/oo.php or
http://www.ooomacros.org/ or, indeed, several other sites locatable via
any
well known search engine.
